Yeah I would love to get a Cosworth.

We could import the Beat starting last year.

Oh my. I want an Autozam so bad now. That would be a wonderfully fun city car.

That M5 Touring though. Want.

Beat’s were already being imported
![]() 01/01/2017 at 12:55 |

Oops. You’re right. I’ll find another one.

Although it was available here from 93-95, I am excited that JDM FD-RX7's are now available to import. With over 26k made in ‘92, it should help a bit with availability.

Ikr? Not a huge wagon fan but I would take that all day.

It’s soooo tiny and awesome.
![]() 01/01/2017 at 13:02 |

Indeed. Japaneseclassics.com may get one eventually.

I just love Wagons. The fiancé doesn’t understand it.
![]() 01/01/2017 at 13:10 |

My friends never understand, until they need to move something large or haul a bunch of stuff. We once put a Layzboy in my E34 wagon that wouldn’t even fit in my friend’s Trailblazer.

This 25 year rule bullshit needs to stop. Especially since I see some nice cars trickle down from Vancouver here in Seattle.

There is hope. My wife didn’t understand it either when we were dating. Now all she wants are wagons. Her wish car? Golf R wagon (if it ever comes out to the US)

I agree. Maybe one day, but politicians could care less I feel.

Fiesta RS Turbo.
132hp and 133 ft. lbs. at 3000rpm.

I thought the RS1800 replaced the turbo in 1992 though?
![]() 01/01/2017 at 13:29 |

It ended in 1992.

Amen. At least make it 15 years like Canada.

Nice find! I forgot about that story.

THIS is the quality New Year’s content we need here at Oppo. A+
“We” excluding our wallets, of course.

I love them all.
But I have a better chance of Trump shooting me dead on 5th Ave. and getting away with it than even owning the cheapest of the bunch.

Funny thing is the closest we could have came would hav ebeen in McCain were elected since his son owned a R33 GTR and his wife was into drifting and owned a modded S13.

a lot of these are still forbidden. Like the EVO I think doesn’t have models until October IIRC and your choices will be very limited so it’s effectively not fully legal even by the end of the year.
RX7s have been legal for a few months now and there are quite a few o them that you can import due to high production numbers.
![]() 01/01/2017 at 17:37 |

If the model year is listed as a 1992, I don’t think it matters. I could be wrong, but all of the cars listed are from lists by automotive magazine articles I found.

Thanks! I do what I can. :)
Yeah unfortunately some of those are going to be very pricey so it’s not like most of us common folks would be able to attain them, but it is nice to know some can still be brought over and actually driven.

Yeah that’s pretty much me as well. There’s a Nissan Cedric GT on japaneseclassics.com that’s calling my name, but maybe another time.

I read this as McCain’s wife owning the modded S13, and was really shocked for a minute.
![]() 01/01/2017 at 21:24 |

No, that was seriously my intent lol she does own a S13 and it is modified though it doesn’t mention that in this article it does mention she owns a S13.

That ESPN article mentions the modding.

You guys finally get the proper E36 M3.
Still have to wait until 2020/2021 for the 3.2 though.
